Protocol and client engineering on Solana and the EVM. Indexers, node operations, RPC infrastructure, and smart contracts, written by the people who also operate them.
AI Adoption
Teams get real speed from AI when the tooling fits how they already work. We set up agent workflows, MCP servers, context and review tooling, and the practices that keep them in use after we leave.

Minted Labs is a remote software consultancy, founded in 2021 and run by engineers who like hard problems. Around the core team sits a network of engineers we have shipped with over the years; whatever the problem, odds are one of us has seen it in production before.
The work splits two ways. Some clients bring us a blank page: we design the system, build it, and put it in production. Others bring us something on fire: a stalled migration, infrastructure nobody trusts, a codebase the team is afraid to deploy. We take those over, stabilise them, and hand them back in a state a team can build on.
Terms are simple. Pricing is transparent, communication is constant, and you always know where things stand. The work is our reference: trading systems, mobility platforms, IoT fleets, and open-source blockchain infrastructure still running in production. We work remotely by default and travel to you when it helps. We engage as a consultancy that owns outcomes: we do not do team augmentation.
